Retail center Solnichni

The shopping and entertainment center "Solnechny" was built in a harsh climatic region of the country - in Novy Urengoy. The facade design is developed in the Qbiss One system which could answer the architectural concept. Given the climatic features of the region with a very short summer, speed and all-season construction were mandatory. Modular facades not only allowed the project to be implemented in the shortest possible time, but also provided the necessary heat engineering indicators. A module of 240 mm thickness was used for this building. "Sunny" is listed in the Guinness Book of Records as the largest shopping center in the Arctic Circle

The concept of the center provides for three trading levels: the first will be located food hypermarket "Anchor", cash gallery, mini-anchor clothing operators, a supermarket of perfumes and cosmetics, a shopping gallery. On the second floor there is a supermarket of electronics and household appliances, a supermarket of sporting goods, clothing and footwear shops. The third floor will be occupied by a supermarket of children's goods, children's goods stores, household goods, a multiplex cinema, entertainment zone, food court.
