Inherited architecture and need to integrate additional functions asked for a detail analysis of the environment, so that new style could be correctly defined. Client’s wish was to have gabled roof, but with maximum window sizes, to allow for better daylighting. Ground floor façade is made in rustic dolomite to bind the house firmly to the ground. First floor façade is made in composite Trespa panels imitating timber, which increased exploitation characteristics of the object and reduced maintenance costs. Because the roof has shallow sloping and big cantilevers, roofing was made out of copper sheets. Next to the main building there is the ancillary one, which contains garage for three cars in one part and guest house and spa zone in the other.
