Architecture object creations
Architectural space organization
Layout options development
Documentation preparations according to local codes
Project administration at the development stage
Be able to create the one-off concepts

3Ds Max
Work experience of 2 years+
Areas of responsibility:
Design project conceptual solution development
Photorealistic rendering of the design solution via 3Ds Max
Relying on exclusivity & artistic identity
Hiring specification:
Higher education + minimum of 5 years hands-on experience (maintenance of control on more than 5 projects simultaneously)
Basic knowledge of English
CAD, SketchUP
Areas of responsibility:
Control of the timing and quality of work in accordance with the approved timeline
Communication with contracting, subcontracting, construction teams, customers, project managers
Test and measurements
Communication with builders.
Clarification and revision of drawings from contractors
