Description:

The property acquired by the investor was structurally completed, yet architecturally undefined – reinforced concrete walls, glazing, and insulation were in place, but without identity or distinction. Beneath its neutral shell, however, we recognized the potential for transformation.

Our approach was not reconstruction, but refinement: elevating the existing volume into a contemporary, high-end residence with presence and character. The original façade layer was removed to allow a complete reimagining of the building envelope. Clean horizontal lines, balanced proportions, and a precise dialogue between solid and void established a sense of architectural confidence. Warm, tactile materials were introduced at the entrance to create depth and understated elegance. Perforated metal elements and a sculpted canopy added rhythm and exclusivity to the composition. A restrained palette of light surfaces and darker accents enhanced the geometry while preserving visual purity.

Meticulous attention to detailing ensured a layered, refined façade expression. The result is a sophisticated contemporary villa with a strong architectural identity and a distinctly premium character.
