The 46.6-hectare planning area is located in Moscow’s Kosino-Ukhtomsky district, at the intersection of Lukhmanovskaya and Kaskadnaya streets.
The concept proposes a shopping centre integrated with a transport interchange, bringing retail and public transport together within a single complex. This connection is intended to encourage greater use of public transport and help ease traffic congestion in the surrounding area.
The architecture is defined by a dynamic, expressive composition that moves beyond the conventional image of a shopping centre clad in sandwich panels. Its playful forms give the complex a distinctive identity, creating an attractive destination for local residents and visitors from across the city.
